Repromed is a highly sophisticated IVF treatment business operating in Australia and New Zealand.
Due to the complex processes and procedures that are required to be a successful IVF business,
Syslinx were asked to develop the RIMS application to support their core business processes.
Prior to this, Repromed were running a range of disparate applications, which did not interface with each other,
so the development of RIMS had the potential to significantly improve overall business performance and customer satisfaction.

The outcome of the RIMS deployment for Repromed is a “paperless” office, and substantially streamlined workflow
(and the corresponding cost savings resulting from this).
Syslinx has developed RIMS over the past 7 years, initially providing the initial design, through to the software development,
installation, training, and we continue to provide additional enhancements and functionality.
Syslinx currently provide 24 x 7 support for RIMS with an outstanding up-time record. We also support the hardware
and network infrastructure through our expertise in windows servers/networks and thin client technology.
